Haunted and chased by their past, two characters a young ex-prisoner Rahim and a young woman Nargis are trapped in the city. Settled in the same building and becoming neighbors thse two outcasts have secrets to hide : while Rasim's body in female clothes is being observed by the prisoners in the middle of the night, Nargis is burning with the redemption of the man with the horse tattoo who owns the Palace of Happiness.
